This is where everything begins. Building both your lash fundamentals and your mindset foundation. You master all the foundations to lashes and client understanding while also developing the mindset, discipline, and self-belief required to operate like a professional from the start.

Pillar 2: Mastery

Here you elevate your technical skill into advanced artistry. You refine mapping, handmade fans, wet look sets, symmetry, advanced curls, lash science, and precision work that sets you apart as a high-level lash artist.

Pillar 3: Embodiment

This is where you step fully into identity and leadership. You shift into operating as a business owner with confidence, refining your pricing, client experience, content, self-trust, and the way you show up in your business and industry.

Pillar 4: Expansion

This phase focuses on growth and scalability. You expand your brand, implement strategy for client attraction, add-on services, retail, and positioning, and build a business that is in-demand, structured, and consistently booked.

  • A basic understanding of lash extensions is recommended but not required. The HER Method covers all aspects of lash training.. from foundational techniques through to advanced styling, symmetry, and retention—while also building your business, mindset, and overall standards.

  • You will receive ongoing access to the program, allowing you to revisit the content, refine your skills, and continue implementing as your business grows.

  • No. The HER Method is a complete education and mentorship experience. Alongside advanced lash training, you will learn business strategy, branding, marketing, client attraction, and mindset development.

  • Yes…however, the focus is on attracting the right clients. You will learn how to position your brand, improve your content, and create a client experience that supports consistent bookings and long-term retention.

  • The HER Method integrates technical skill, business structure, and mindset. Rather than focusing on one area, it provides a complete framework to support both your work and the way you operate within your business.

  • A full lash kit is not included as part of The HER Method. Instead, each participant will receive a curated welcome box, thoughtfully selected to complement your experience throughout the program.

    Students are encouraged to have their own lash supplies, as the training will cover product selection, technique, and how to refine your personal setup for optimal results.

  • Yes. Support is provided to ensure you are able to apply what you learn and continue progressing throughout the program.

  • Yes. Payment plan options are available to make the program accessible while maintaining its value.

  • The HER Method is a live group program commencing on 27th July 2026. Following enrolment, you will receive onboarding information and early access details to ensure you are fully prepared before the program begins.
