Refund Policy

At Aurora Co, we are committed to providing high-level educational experiences, mentorship, digital resources, and beauty industry training designed to support long-term growth, refinement, and business development.

Due to the digital and educational nature of our services, all purchases are subject to the following Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products & Online Resources

All digital products, downloads, templates, guides, workbooks, educational resources, and online materials purchased through Aurora Co are non-refundable.

Due to immediate access being granted to digital content, refunds, exchanges, or credits will not be provided for:

  • change of mind;

  • accidental purchases;

  • unused products;

  • failure to download or access content after purchase;

  • dissatisfaction based on personal preference.

2. Online Programs & Mentorships

All Aurora Co programs, mentorships, educational experiences, and online trainings are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The HER Method;

  • Becoming HER;

  • Rise of HER;

  • private mentorship;

  • online training experiences;

  • group coaching containers;

  • memberships;

  • live educational sessions.

By enrolling in a program, you acknowledge that:

  • results are not guaranteed;

  • success depends on personal implementation and commitment;

  • educational experiences require active participation.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • change of mind;

  • inability to attend live sessions;

  • failure to complete coursework;

  • personal scheduling conflicts;

  • business outcomes or lack of results;

  • unused access periods.

3. Deposits

All deposits paid toward programs, mentorships, services, training, or appointments are non-refundable.

Deposits are used to secure your place within a limited-capacity experience and compensate for reserved time, planning, and allocated resources.

Deposits may only be transferred where Aurora Co agrees in writing.

4. Payment Plans

By selecting a payment plan, you are entering a legally binding agreement to complete all scheduled payments.

Failure to complete payments does not cancel your financial obligation to the agreed payment plan.

Aurora Co reserves the right to:

  • suspend access to program materials;

  • remove access to mentorship spaces;

  • withhold certificates or resources;

  • engage collection processes where necessary for overdue accounts.

5. Appointments, Coaching & Private Sessions

For private coaching, consultations, or appointments:

  • 48 notice is required for rescheduling;

  • missed appointments or no-shows may result in forfeited payments;

  • late arrivals may shorten the allocated session time.

Aurora Co reserves the right to refuse repeated rescheduling requests where excessive cancellations occur.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Aurora Co understands that unexpected situations may arise.

Requests relating to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at our sole discretion; however, approval is not guaranteed.

Any approved credits, transfers, or accommodations remain entirely at the discretion of Aurora Co.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing within this Refund Policy excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Where required by law, Aurora Co will honour obligations relating to major service failures or consumer guarantees.
