Deposits paid toward programs, mentorships, or services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Refund Policy

Aurora Co reserves the right to remove participants from any program, community, or mentorship environment if behaviour is considered inappropriate, harmful, abusive, or disruptive.

Removal from a program due to misconduct does not entitle the participant to a refund.

Aurora Co does not guarantee specific financial, business, social media, or personal results.

Any testimonials, case studies, examples, or results shared are intended for educational and illustrative purposes only.

Success within any program depends on multiple factors including:

8. Beauty Industry Disclaimer

Aurora Co provides beauty industry education and training only.

Students and participants remain responsible for:

  • client consultations;

  • sanitation and hygiene standards;

  • insurance requirements;

  • compliance with local laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

Aurora Co is not responsible for injuries, reactions, damages, or outcomes resulting from improper application, misuse of techniques, or failure to follow professional industry standards.

9. Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling

For any private coaching, consultations, or live appointments:

  • 48 notice is required for rescheduling;

  • missed appointments or no-shows may result in forfeited payments;

  • late arrivals may reduce session time;

  • repeated cancellations may result in termination of ongoing services.

Aurora Co reserves the right to reschedule sessions where necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurora Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages arising from:
