By participating in any Aurora Co program, mentorship, coaching container, live session, membership, or community space, you agree to uphold the following standards.

1. Respectful Participation

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with:

  • mentors;

  • guest speakers;

  • team members;

  • community participants.

Aurora Co maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward:

  • bullying;

  • harassment;

  • discrimination;

  • intimidation;

  • abusive behaviour;

  • disruptive conduct.

We are committed to protecting the integrity and professionalism of our spaces.

2. Confidentiality

Aurora Co programs may involve open discussion surrounding:

  • business experiences;

  • personal growth;

  • challenges;

  • strategies;

  • client experiences;

  • financial conversations;

  • mindset and personal development topics.

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding information shared within:

  • live sessions;

  • mentorship spaces;

  • community groups;

  • coaching environments;

  • member discussions.

Confidential information shared by participants may not be copied, distributed, publicly discussed, or shared externally without permission.

3. Protected Educational Environment

Aurora Co programs are intentionally designed to create safe, supportive, and high-level learning environments.

Participants are expected to:

  • contribute positively;

  • communicate professionally;

  • respect differing experiences and perspectives;

  • maintain the integrity of the container.

Behaviour that negatively impacts the learning environment may result in removal from the program or community.

4. Intellectual Property & Recording Restrictions

Participants may not:

  • record live sessions without permission;

  • distribute call recordings;

  • share mentorship materials externally;

  • reproduce Aurora Co educational frameworks or resources.

All program content remains the intellectual property of Aurora Co and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Online Community Conduct

Where Aurora Co provides access to:

  • private groups;

  • community chats;

  • member portals;

  • online discussion spaces;

participants agree to:

  • avoid spam or unsolicited promotions;

  • maintain respectful communication;

  • refrain from sharing harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Aurora Co reserves the right to remove content or revoke community access where necessary.

6. Removal from Programs or Communities

Aurora Co reserves the right to remove participants from any program, mentorship, or community environment where behaviour is deemed:

  • harmful;

  • disrespectful;

  • disruptive;

  • inappropriate;

  • unethical;

  • in breach of these standards.

Removal due to misconduct does not entitle the participant to a refund.

7. Commitment to an Elevated Experience

Aurora Co is designed to provide a refined and intentional educational experience grounded in professionalism, respect, and personal responsibility.

By entering these spaces, participants acknowledge their role in contributing to the standard and integrity of the experience.
