Booking, Cancellation & Appointment Policy
Last updated: 29/04/2026 Aurora Co values professionalism, respect for time, and the integrity of every client and mentorship experience.
By booking an appointment, coaching session, consultation, training, or service with Aurora Co, you agree to the following Booking & Cancellation Policy.
1. Booking Confirmation
Appointments and sessions are confirmed only once:
payment has been received; or
a required deposit has been paid.
Aurora Co reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion where necessary.
2. Deposits
Deposits are required to secure selected appointments, mentorships, training sessions, or services.
All deposits are:
non-refundable;
transferable only at Aurora Co’s discretion;
applied toward the total balance where applicable.
Failure to proceed with your booking does not entitle you to a refund of your deposit.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Aurora Co requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for appointment rescheduling.
Where sufficient notice is provided:
bookings may be transferred to a new appointment time subject to availability.
Where insufficient notice is provided:
deposits and payments may be forfeited;
a new booking fee or deposit may be required.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment, coaching session, consultation, or training without notice will be treated as a no-show.
No-shows may result in:
forfeited deposits or payments;
cancelled future bookings;
removal from ongoing booking privileges.
5. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time in order to respect other scheduled bookings.
Where lateness significantly impacts the session:
Aurora Co reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment;
additional fees may apply where necessary.
6. Online Sessions & Mentorship Calls
For online coaching, mentorship, or training sessions:
clients are responsible for ensuring access to a stable internet connection;
Aurora Co is not responsible for technical issues outside of our control;
missed online sessions may not be replayed or refunded unless otherwise stated.
Where recordings are provided, access remains subject to program terms and intellectual property protections.
7. Program & Mentorship Scheduling
For ongoing mentorships or coaching containers:
session scheduling must occur within agreed timeframes;
unused sessions may expire after 3 months;
mentorship timelines may not automatically extend due to missed participation.
8. Respectful Conduct
Aurora Co is committed to maintaining a professional, elevated, and respectful environment.
Aggressive, inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour toward Aurora Co or other participants will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.
9. Changes by Aurora Co
Aurora Co reserves the right to:
reschedule appointments where necessary;
modify booking availability;
refuse bookings where appropriate;
update policies at any time.
Any changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
